The old & the new at Al and Sally’s Motel

Located less than a mile from the shores of Lake Michigan and nestled alongside the Indiana Dunes National Park, Al and Sally’s Motel has been a family-owned vintage motor lodge providing guests with large, comfortable rooms and friendly service for nearly 70 years. We never knew Al and Sally, but we think we're making them proud!

Beginning in May 2021, new owners (still family-owned) started an extensive renovation that included fresh designs, new paint, landscaping, the addition of an outdoor seating and bonfire area, grills, picnic tables, and an updated parking lot.

Our goal is to bring fun and fresh lodging to the Michigan City area of the Indiana Dunes National Park as the area continues to grow. We know you'll love your stay!
